Technology Strategy Board - March 2009 Competitions for Funding

The Technology Strategy Board is a business-led executive non-departmental public body, established by the government. Its role is to promote and support research into, and development and exploitation of, technology and innovation for the benefit of UK business, in order to increase economic growth and improve quality of life.

The Technology Strategy Board has a number of current and forthcoming research and development competitions covering a range of technology and application areas. These are open to UK-based companies and research organisations.

Three competitions for funding open on the 16th of March 2009 and Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be submitted by the 23rd of April. The March 2009 competitions for funding are:

  • Accessing and Commercialising Content in a Digitally Networked World
  • Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Technologies
  • Information Infrastructure Protection: Managing complexity, risk and resilience
