What is an Initial Technology Audit (ITA)?
An ITA allows a company and academic to work together to assess the viability of an innovation project.
An academic from one of the three project partners will undertake a one-day Initial Technology Audit and work closely with a company director to:

What is a Technology Feasibility Study (TFS)?
A TFS is a grant of up to £5000 or 50% of total project costs (whichever is the lesser) that allows an academic and company to hold a further, more detailed, investigation following an ITA.

If your business is an SME based in Scotland then you may be eligible to receive an ITA or TFS if the project meets the SGS criteria.
